We have curated these digital courses for individuals, educators, and leaders who are ready to engage in the hard work and heart-work of understanding racism and uprooting racism in order to facilitate true change internally and externally.

There are six professionally produced video modules within the Bowman Global: Racial Justice and Unity training series. Each module is independent and includes highly interactive teaching, as well as a participant workbook which contains reflection, individual, small group and large group activities and resources. Training modules can be purchased separately or within the full six-module course.

Through this training, you will:

I had a positive experience participating in the Uprooting Racism Training with Bowman Global. April, Blessing and Julie brought their full selves to the training session, and I can tell that they have worked hard in their own personal and collective journeys against racism and towards racial justice. April was a good facilitator and moderator; she acknowledged and valued participants’ comments but never put anybody on the spot. I appreciated that I was not forced to over-share or work up any certain emotion during the sessions. The sessions also provided a good balance of research-based facts, personal anecdotes, and team-based work.
