Our Founder & Chief Global Strategist
April Bowman, M.S. is a nationally recognized leadership strategist, speaker, coach and consultant with over 20 years of experience leading transformation across sectors. She earned a Master of Science in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University in 2012. She earned her license in Christian Ministry from the Potter’s House in 2017.
April has led initiatives for clients including the Obama Foundation, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Mathworks, University of North Texas at Dallas, various school districts, the Mayor’s Star Council and the Center for Racial Justice in Education. She has spoken on national and international stages alongside notable leaders like Ava DuVernay. In 2019, April was selected as one of the Dallas Business Journal’s Top 40 Leaders Under 40.
